Any person interested in joining the band or requiring any further information please contact the band using one of the contact us methods.  Any player visiting or moving to the Whitehaven or surrounding area is very  welcome to join us at our rehearsals or learner classes.

We have started a new program called "The School of Brass" to encourage people to learn brass. There is no charge for tuition but our aim is to develop players for the senior band.

Loan of instruments is FREE  so long as you attend practice on a regular basis although any person wishing to use their own instrument may do so if they wish. There is a subscription to pay to belong to the band which helps finance the running of the band such as hall hire.

There are no age restrictions for joining our band or learner classes so if you are learning brass or percussion, want to give it a try, or have played brass or percussion in the past and want to take up playing again we would welcome hearing from you.
